The goal of the Dementia Friends Champion class is to help community members more clearly understand dementia and learn how they can participate in producing increased awareness in their community.

About the Event
A Dementia Friends Champion participates in an in-person or virtual live training and will receive a workbook and other material to help guide their volunteering efforts with Dementia Friendly BCS. Those who complete this class are eligible to teach the Dementia Friends one-hour class to other community members. For more information about being a Dementia Friend Champion, Click Here.
